As a CFO | Chief Financial Officer (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the finance and controlling functions of our national and international locations, as well as for HR, Legal, and IT. You are responsible for the entire corporate financing of the group, including international subsidiaries, and additionally support subsidiaries, resellers, and partners.
You oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS, as well as budget planning.
You manage liquidity planning and are responsible for all strategic transformation projects.
You take responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes.
You prepare and independently execute international M&A deals.
As the main point of contact, you liaise with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and shareholders on all financial matters.
You continuously oversee the development and improvement of KPI systems in sales and production.
Your responsibilities include finance, accounting, cash management, controlling, HR, legal, and IT.
As part of digitalization, you analyze and optimize process workflows in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, contributing significantly to company-wide process improvements.
