You will make Outdooractive's products and solutions understandable, relevant, and sellable to a range of business customers. You will connect product, sales, and marketing, turning complex offerings into clear value propositions, robust go-to-market plans, and measures that demonstrably contribute to the B2B pipeline.
Your new job
- You develop and sharpen B2B positioning, value propositions, and core messaging for our business types
- You translate product features and technical capabilities into clear customer benefits and compelling sales arguments
- You plan and manage go-to-market activities for new products, packages, and releases
- You further develop the B2B website, landing pages, and Digital Sales presence from a market and customer perspective
- You create sales materials, presentations, arguments, and enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, country teams, and resellers
- You systematically build customer cases, references, and testimonials
- You design webinars, campaigns, events, and other demand generation activities
- You define B2B target audiences, segmentation logic, and functional requirements for newsletter and marketing distribution lists
How you can convince us of your qualities
- Several years of experience in B2B product marketing, B2B marketing, or a comparable market-facing role
- Experience with digital products that require explanation, ideally in SaaS, platform business, or tourism technology
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, go-to-market, demand generation, and sales enablement
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer benefits and concise messaging
- Experience with websites, landing pages, webinars, campaigns, and lead generation
- Strong market and customer understanding, along with confident stakeholder management
- Structured, independent, and execution-focused way of working
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
