As our Head of B2B Marketing, you will lead the B2B marketing team at our HQ in Immenstadt. You will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy to attract new clients (DMOs, destinations, tourism organizations & partners) in the DACH region and internationally.

Your role includes coordinating the implementation of innovative lead generation and performance campaigns, while strengthening our brand presence among key decision-makers through creative and data-driven approaches. Working closely with Sales, internal departments, and external partners, you will guide your team to measurable success and actively drive the sales pipeline forward.

You bring proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and an inspiring mix of creativity, organizational talent, and digital expertise.
For this pivotal role, we are looking for several years of experience in B2B marketing, leadership experience, and a strong passion for outdoor sports and innovation.


Your new job at Outdooractive

  • Lead & develop the B2B marketing team with both functional and disciplinary responsibility.
  • Own the development, planning, and management of the B2B marketing strategy (DACH & international).
  • Execute cross-channel campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, client acquisition, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to continuously improve both the quality and quantity of leads.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (Content, Design, Performance, CRM, agencies).
  • Strengthen corporate marketing, develop scalable processes & formats, and continuously drive optimization.
  • Analyze target groups (DMOs, destinations, tourism organizations), manage funnel KPIs, and derive data-driven insights and optimizations.
  • Foster team development, actively support change processes, and create a motivating work environment.

  • Several years of experience in B2B marketing and proven leadership skills.
  • A strong mix of strategic thinking and creative execution.
  • Expertise in cross-channel campaign management – from LinkedIn to email.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident presence when engaging with decision-makers.
  • Fluent German and good command of English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and web-based tools.
  • Experience in project management, with a structured and self-driven working style.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities to empower your team.
  • Passion for outdoor sports and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
