As a Sales Manager (f/m/d) you will join the Sales Team of Outdooractive Italy, based in Bolzano – with the option to work remotely.
Our team is the first point of contact for clients from the tourism, outdoor and media industries. Together with them, we create tailored solutions to maximize the use of our marketing products and services – turning them into truly valuable and profitable tools.

Your new job at Outdooractive
- Manage and expand customer and partner relationships: identify client needs and provide tailored solutions from the Outdooractive portfolio
- Develop and independently implement new sales strategies in close cooperation with senior management
- Acquire and support new SaaS clients within the Italian tourism sector
- Conduct market and competitor analyses, assessing customer needs and trends
- Provide regular reports, forecasts and performance analyses on activities and target achievements
How you can convince us of your qualities
- Proven experience in sales or business development, combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions or services is a strong advantage
- Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructures and digital strategies
- Ideally an established network in tourism, media and/or agencies
- Passion for outdoor sports and innovative technologies
- Willingness to travel, excellent communication skills, self-confidence and ability to inspire others
- Proficient in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
