Are you an entrepreneurial leader, growth driver, and networker all in one? Do you combine strategic vision with operational execution skills and feel equally at home in sales, marketing, and company management? Then shape the future of our Austrian business as Managing Director.

Your Mission:
As Managing Director, you will take full responsibility for the Austrian market and drive its entrepreneurial development. You will actively accelerate growth, unlock new business opportunities, and sustainably position the company in the market. In doing so, you will act not only strategically, but also operationally, particularly in sales, marketing, and business development.

Your new job at Outdooractive

Responsibility for the country-specific strategy, revenue, results, and growth in Austria
Active role in sales and business development — you stay close to the market, customers, and partners
Identification and implementation of new business opportunities, as well as expansion of existing partnerships
Management and further development of the organization with a clear focus on performance and scalability
Responsibility for planning, budgeting, financial management, and reporting to the corporate headquarters
Close collaboration with the international corporate structure and active participation in cross-functional initiatives
Building and maintaining a strong local network within the industry
Leadership of the Austrian team (5 employees)

How you can convince us of your qualities

Proven success in an entrepreneurial leadership role (CEO, Managing Director, or similar)
Strong expertise in sales, business development, marketing, and growth generation
Solid business and financial acumen, including confidence in working with KPIs, budgeting, and financial management
Experience working within an international corporate structure while being responsible for a local market
High level of ownership, hands-on mentality, execution strength, and team spirit
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as the ability to connect and inspire diverse stakeholders
